Cooking requirements:

Each team is required to cook a main dish on sight, rice is the only exception and may be cooked prior to arrival.  Teams must provide all necessary items needed to complete their dish (utensils, tables, tents (10x10 only), burner, fuel, etc,) NO electricity will be provided.  NO trailers will be permitted.

All dishes will be collected for judging at 1:00 pm.

**All teams may start setting up at 7:00 am and begin cooking for 8:00 am

**Teams may cook more than required for those purchasing bracelets for taster’s choice.

**NO sampling to be given out prior to collection of judges samples.  Teams are required to provide needed supplies for public sampling.

Winners will be announced at 2:00 pm.
